配送日指定及び、お届け時間の指定はできません。
お受け取り頂けなかった場合には不在票をご確認の上、指定の配送業者へとご連絡お願いいたします。 -
お支払いが完了した日から1～7日の間で発送をいたします。
受注生産商品は、ご注文から発送までに7-21日ほどお時間を頂戴いたします。
通常商品と同時にご注文の場合も、受注生産商品の準備が整い次第の発送となります。あらかじめご了承ください。 -

[Yu-Packet] 300 yen (tax included) per package.
If your purchase totals 5,000 yen (including tax) or more, shipping is free. (Including Okinawa and remote islands.)■If obanyaki (frozen product) is included [Home delivery] The normal home delivery fee + 800 yen (tax included) will be charged per item.

商品発送前である場合、配送先の変更が可能でございます。
「お問い合わせ」よりご連絡をお願いいたします。
発送済みである場合は申し訳ございませんが変更を承ることができません。 -
現在国外への配送は行っておりません。

お客様のご都合によるキャンセル（返金・返品）、交換は原則としてお受け出来ません。

万が一ご注文の商品と違う商品が届いてしまった場合や、商品の破損・傷みなどの品質上の問題があった場合には、誠に恐れ入りますが商品到着後7日以内に当社までご連絡をお願い致します。

ご注文後10日間ご入金がない場合は、購入の意思がないものとし、注文を自動的にキャンセルとさせていただきます。

「ギフトラッピングオプション」は、ご注文いただいた商品を商品毎にコメダ珈琲店 公式オンラインショップオリジナルのラッピング資材でお包みし、お送りする有料サービス（サイズに関わらず、商品毎に一律税込¥300）です。詳しくはこちら よりご確認ください。
