Delivery date and time cannot be specified.
If you are unable to receive your parcel, please check the delivery slip and contact the designated delivery company.
Your order will be shipped within 1-7 days after payment is completed.
Made-to-order products will take approximately 7-21 days from the time of order to shipping.
Please note that even if you order regular products at the same time, the made-to-order products will be shipped as soon as they are ready.
■If obanyaki (frozen product) is not included [Home delivery]: 600 yen (tax included) per order, 1,600 yen (tax included) for Okinawa and remote islands.
[Yu-Packet] 300 yen (tax included) per package.
If your purchase totals 5,000 yen (including tax) or more, shipping is free. (Including Okinawa and remote islands.)
■If obanyaki (frozen product) is included [Home delivery] The normal home delivery fee + 800 yen (tax included) will be charged per item.
If your purchase totals 8,000 yen (including tax) or more, shipping is free. (Including Okinawa and remote islands.)

If the product has not yet been shipped, you can change the delivery address.

If the item has already been shipped, unfortunately we cannot make any changes.
We currently do not ship overseas.
As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations (refunds/returns) or exchanges due to customer convenience.
If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, or if the product is broken or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
If payment is not received within 10 days of placing an order, we will assume that you have no intention of purchasing and your order will be automatically cancelled.
The "Gift Wrapping Option" is a paid service where we wrap each ordered item in Komeda Coffee Official Online Shop's original wrapping materials and send it to you (a flat rate of ¥300 including tax per item, regardless of size). For more information, please click here .
The method for issuing a receipt varies depending on the payment method.
