Delivery date and time cannot be specified.
If you are unable to receive your package, please check your delivery slip and contact the designated delivery company by calling the phone number or accessing the URL provided.
We will ship your order within 1-7 days after payment is completed. It will take about 3 weeks to reach your address.
The shipping fee will be automatically added to your order at checkout.
If the product has not yet been shipped, you can change the delivery address.
Please contact us via " Contact Us ".
If the item has already been shipped, unfortunately we cannot make any changes.
For overseas shipments, we can ship to Taiwan.
As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations (refunds/returns) or exchanges due to customer convenience.
If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, or if the product is broken or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
If payment is not received within 10 days of placing an order, we will assume that you have no intention of purchasing and your order will be automatically cancelled.
We do not provide gift wrapping.
Please check your receipt on the statement sent to you by your card company.
Payment can only be made by credit card.
